1.a. In order to enable visitors to register on the app and collect statistics on the apps
performance, we may request such personally identifiable information such as your current
province of residency, preferred language and visitor’s name, email address and/or telephone

with CCFWE. To the extent that the visitor provides personally identifiable information to sites

information, User understands that internet communications may not be secure. In view of the
foregoing, CCFWE cannot warrant that User’s personally identifiable information will not be
disclosed to or accessed by parties other than those authorized under these terms and
conditions. User agrees thatCCFWE will not be liable for such disclosures of User’s personally
identifiable information.
5.Updates to Visitor Information
5.a At User’s request, CCFWE will make reasonable efforts to update, change or delete any
personally identifiable information User may have earlier provided via the App. User
understands that to enforce these terms, resolve disputes, or provide information to satisfy
applicable governmental laws, regulations or proceedings, CCFWE may need to retain User’s
personally identifiable information in its files. Additionally, User understands that User’s
personally identifiable information may be retained in residual back-up files that are a function of
our network’s back-up systems.
6. Copyright and Proprietary Rights
6.a. This App is the property of CCFWE and is protected by United States and International
Copyright laws. All copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights within this site and in the
software, text, graphics, design elements, audio, music and all other materials originated or
used by CCFWE at its site are reserved to CCFWE and its licensors.
6.b. You may not reproduce, upload, post, transmit, download or distribute any part of the
CCFWE App other than printing out or downloading portions of the text and images for your own
personal, non-commercial use.
6.c. You may not modify the CCFWE App or any material residing on this App. You may not use
the CCFWE App in any manner that infringes the rights of any person or entity.
